Rules & Settings

FBARepricer reprices using FBA Net (price + shipping) for all items in all categories.
When you choose to match price as an FBA seller, you would be matching the FBA Net price.
It is not recommended to price below the lowest FBA Net price unless there is a specific reason to do so.
There are FBA specific rules that allow you to compete against other FBA sellers, even if they are priced below the lowest FBA Net price.

Click on a number to get a detailed explanation of how the rule works.

4
Check this box to show only the rules that you have selected.
5
Reprice These Categories – choose the categories that you want to reprice. You may have different strategies for different categories, so you can choose which categories that you want to reprice.
6
Preview Rule Application – When you check #3 Show Execution Order, you will see the list of rules that you have selected as well as the order in which they will be executed. Use this preview to help understand how and why prices are changing.
Lowest 5 Pricing Settings – These rules are designed to help you maximize your margin while getting prominent exposure by being the highest of the five lowest prices.
7
Check this box and choose a placement to select where you want your offer to be on the offers page. Checking this box and choosing ’5′ will make you match the 5th lowest price. This can give you prime visibility on the offers page while increasing your margins.
8
Check this box to match the lowest offer price (FBA net, price + shipping).
9
Check this box and enter a percentage to prevent the repricer from pricing too high above the lowest price. This helps in the event that lowest five prices are not relatively competitive. Example: two sellers with lower prices and sellers 3, 4, and 5 at artificially high prices. If you price too high, you will not be competitively priced.
10
Check this box and enter a dollar amount to prevent the repricer from pricing too high above the lowest price. This helps in the event that lowest five prices are not relatively competitive. Example: two sellers with lower prices and sellers 3, 4, and 5 at artificially high prices. If you price too high, you will not be competitively priced.
General Settings – These rules are designed to help you reprice your items without going too high or too low. You can set limits as to how much to raise or lower price by both dollar amount and percentage amount.
11
Check this box if you only want to reprice your items against sellers with Featured Merchant status. Use this rule if you are a Featured Merchant and you sell in categories where Featured Merchants get premium placement in the offers list. Often low priced sellers are not seen on the top of the offers page so buyers are not comparing those prices.
12
Check this box if you only want to reprice against sellers whose items are in the same condition or better. Example: you would use this rule if you only sell new merchandise and you do not want to reprice against sellers of used, or refurbished items. For books and media items, your Very Good condition items would only be repriced against sellers whose items are in Very Good condition OR BETTER such as Like New or New. Good and Acceptable condition offers would be ignored.
13
Check this box if you never want to price above Amazon’s price. It is rare that a buyer will pay more for an identical item from a 3rd party seller than from Amazon. Sellers have to give buyers a reason to buy from them and not from Amazon and that reason is usually price. Sometimes items will be non-competitively priced such as all Used offers higher than New offers, and all New offers higher than the Amazon price. This rules can help prevent sellers from repricing against non-competitive prices by always considering the Amazon price.
14
When Rule #13 is checked, enter the dollar amount below the Amazon price where you want to set your price. If you want to be $0.50 less than the Amazon price, enter 0.5 in this box.
15
Check this box if you have set a price floor for your items. This will prevent the repricer from pricing your items below your price floor. Use this feature to prevent selling your items for too little and to help protect your costs. If your price floor is higher than the item’s market price, then your items may be priced too high and not sell due to non-competitive pricing.
16
Check this box if you only want to compare your merchant fulfilled items to other merchant fulfilled offers. FBA prices will not be used in the repricing calculations.
17
Check this box if you only want to consider other Used/Collectible offers when repricing your Used/Collectible items. Only Used/Collectible offers will be used to reprice your Used/Collectible items.
18
Check this box to be alerted when there are New offers that are lower than your Used offers. This can happen when other sellers only consider Used offers when repricing their Used items. This is often a non-competitive situation as Used items rarely sell for more than the same item in New condition.
19
Check this box and enter a dollar value to be alerted if your price drops by more than your pre-set amount. Use this to prevent large price drops without your approval.
20
Check this box and enter a percentage value to be alerted if your price drops by more than your pre-set amount. Use this to prevent large price drops without your approval.
21

KIB Price Point – These settings allow you to dial in ‘pretty prices’ that end in .99 or .95. Nice, regular prices can inspire confidence in buyers who may question a price of $11.07. Rounding your prices UP will also increase your margins.
