By far the best way to enter data is by using a Bluetooth scanner, both for speed and accuracy.

Do you like to scout in silence? You can change your Scanfob™ 2002′s audible beeper settings HERE (PDF link).
The default setting in SerialMagic Gears is for your device to vibrate when you enter a scan. Pretty cool feature, but if you want to turn it off, open the app, click Menu, the click Options. Here you can turn the vibration on or off.
If you ever need to reset your Scanfob™ 2002, hold down the small button for about 25 seconds.
