This product has come a long way in a short time, and you have been very responsive to improvements, and this product is just, well, FANTASTIC! The workflow is so much improved by using FBAPower that I have gone from sending things to FBA sporadically to now very regularly. I am a retired grandma that was looking for extra income and found it when I began using FBAPower. I purchased my book scanner from Chris Green (FBA Power) with his personal guarantee that he would answer any questions I had on online selling with the Amazon FBA program. He has done that and more! He has taken the time to answer every question…even helping to set up my label printer. Almost instantly I started selling books…..and the greatest thing is Amazon takes care of all the shipping to my buyers! Using the FBAPower online system is also a great time saver. It is easy to use and the tech support team is wonderful. I can scan all my books into the system and have them ready to ship in no time. And here is the great part – Amazon makes deposits into my bank account twice a month! With FBAPower I frequently sell 49 cent books for more than $10.00 when other sellers are listing them for pennies! I love books and have finally found work that coincides with a passion.

I’ve been selling books online since 2000 and as the online environment changed my own business followed suit. I switched over to FBA in March of 2010 and it quickly became apparent that the listing program I used (The Art of Books) wasn’t compatible with FBA. AOB provided a work around but it clunky and awkward. Listing directly on Amazon is slow and cumbersome.

An on-line friend suggested that I try FBAPower. I found it an easy program to use, with a short learning curve and the customer service is second to none. I had some problems getting my printer set up and Chris personally walked me through the process.

FBAPower makes the arduous process of applying the labels to the books effortless. It not only makes the listing process faster, it’s also very intuitive as to how a bookseller actually lists books. It greatly adds to my efficiency, enabling me to get books out the door in a timely manner.

And that leaves me more time for what I enjoy the most – book scouting!

I’ve been using FBA Power for 3 months and have found it an incredible tool. Not only have I been able to triple my posting speed but more importantly I’ve appreciated the tools that come with the application. I love the fact that I can pre-populate the description fields. This alone accounts for half the saved time by cutting down that entry time. But more importantly, I find the pricing component to be fast and easy to work with. I can know what’s the best price to use and what my competitors are listing at. Previously I listed directly on Amazon’s website. When checking pricing I’d have to remember to open a new window or tab and futz around to see the pricing for the various conditions as well as the new book prices. Now it’s all right there in front of me and the process is a matter of seconds and not a couple of minutes. Finally by using FBAPower to print my labels I am able to generate the labels immediately so I can put the book aside and move on to the next book. When printing the labels on Amazon it was always a hunt job to match the labels and books up at the same time. Now I can list, fill a box and set it aside for packaging versus Amazon’s method which required lots of holding areas.
